How we work
A process built for shipped software, not busywork.
Every engagement, whether a new website, a custom app, an ERP system or an automation, follows the same four phases. It keeps scope honest, timelines realistic, and everyone on the same page from kickoff to launch.
- 01
Audit
We start by auditing your current systems, workflows and goals to find exactly where the biggest gains are.
- Review of your current website, software and workflows
- A clear picture of what's working and what's holding you back
- A short list of the highest-impact opportunities
- 02
Strategy
That audit becomes a concrete plan: scope, technology choices, timeline and the metrics that define success.
- Defined scope and technology stack
- A project timeline with milestones
- Clear success criteria agreed upfront
- 03
Execution
Our team designs and builds websites, software, ERP or automations, delivered to plan and on deadline.
- Regular progress updates as we build
- A staging environment to review work in progress
- Delivery against the agreed milestones
- 04
Support & Evolution
We stay on after launch: monitoring, support and new features as your business keeps evolving.
- Monitoring and support after launch
- A direct line to the team that built your project
- Ongoing improvements as your needs change
Common questions
Do you work with a fixed scope or an ongoing retainer?
Both. Most projects start with a fixed-scope build (website, app, ERP or automation), and many clients then move to an ongoing maintenance or dedicated-team arrangement once the first project ships.
How involved do we need to be during execution?
As involved as you want. We run regular check-ins and give you access to a staging environment throughout, but we don't need day-to-day oversight to keep moving.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear after go-live. Every project includes a support period, and most clients keep us on for monitoring, fixes and new features afterward.
