About us
The outsourced IT department behind growing businesses.
B2B Web Agency is a software and design studio based in Kenitra, Morocco. We started by building websites for local businesses, then kept getting asked to build the ERP system, the internal tool, or the automation that came after. Today we work as the outsourced IT department for SMBs and enterprises in Morocco, the USA and Canada: one accountable team for design, development, ERP and AI automation, instead of a different vendor for every piece.
The founder
Ayoub Boubalgha
Founder, CEO & Lead Developer
After 7 years building websites and software, starting with internships at UX Centers (Intelsia), ZoomInMedia, and Dotkom, then several years freelancing on long, sensitive projects with tight deadlines, I kept seeing SMEs get sold a "service" by competing agencies that actually delivered a basic product, far from what was promised. I founded B2B Web Agency in 2026 to fix exactly that: deliver what was actually asked for, not a watered-down version.
I still write code on every project myself, while running the process with my team to make sure every delivery hits the mark, not just at launch, but over the long run.
Degree from ISTA in digital development, full-stack web development track. Focus areas: performance, security, SEO, and design, on Laravel, Vue.js, and Node.js. Languages: Arabic, French, English.

One team, not a chain of subcontractors
The people who scope your project are the same people who build and support it, with no handoffs that lose context along the way.
Built around your workflow
We start by understanding how your business actually runs today, not by selling you a template that forces you to adapt to it.
Long-term by default
Most of our client relationships start with one project and continue for years, because we stay on after launch instead of disappearing.
Time-zone compatible
Based in Morocco, with working hours and communication built to overlap with teams in the USA and Canada.
