An internal management system for a tire repair and sales garage, delivered in one month.

The challenge

Pneu L'Entente handles both tire repairs and sales every day, with inventory changing several times a day. Without a centralized tool, tracking stock, open repair jobs, and sales became harder to manage as the business grew.

• Real-time tire inventory tracking (SKUs, quantities, stock movements)
• Repair order management, from intake to payment
• Sales module with customer history and invoicing

Tech stack & choices

We chose Laravel and Vue.js for this project: Laravel provides a robust, secure framework to protect stock and billing data, and Vue.js delivers a fast, simple interface for staff on the floor.
